  材料  
-
- 牛奶90
- 黄油40
- 低筋面粉70
- 鸡蛋3
- 盐


  做法  
-
 1    将牛奶、黄油加热至沸腾,加2克盐,筛入70克低筋面粉,拌到不沾容器
-
 2    温度降到60℃时,分次加进3个鸡蛋拌匀
-
 3    装入裱花袋,挤到烤盘上
-
 4    预热烤箱190℃,上下火烤10分钟,打开风门继续烤10~15分钟即可
